We help individuals and families discover resilience.
As you travel along your mental health journey, the Cole Resource Center is here to help. We provide knowledgeable guidance for your journey, offering understanding and companionship along with resources for a healthy future.
We have firsthand experience with the challenges of living with a mental health condition, either our own or that of a family member or friend. We know the value of connecting with others who have walked similar paths. We know the value of open, stigma-free conversation. We know the benefits that accrue from helping others. We offer our expertise in navigating the healthcare and other support systems, and our compassion. You can count on us to listen deeply and connect you with the resources you need.
Reach out to us to find your own pathway for recovery, well-being, and healthy living.
