Meet with a coach who will help you identify your unique contributions and talents to guide you on a clear path into today's workforce. Work together with your coach to:

  • Assess your skills and clarify your goals
  • Develop your 'market ready' resume
  • Identify and apply for positions that align with your skills and goals
  • Collaborative interview preparation to develop confidence and shape your personal narrative
  • Ongoing coaching for job retention and skill development

Cole-To-Teen Mentoring

For teens aged 13-18 who are inpatient participants of the Adolescent Psychiatry Program at McLean Hospital needing support for building relationships during and after their hospital experience.  Activities include:  Bi-weekly mentor lunches (pizza gatherings with creative projects, monthly evening activities with themed dinners, seasonal holiday celebration s, field trips, games, plays, movies, art, and more


the positive life circle support group

Find the positive person within you. The Positive Life Circle is a simple concept--after experiencing trauma, mental illness or other life challenges, we need to work together to heal and integrate positivity back into our lives. All are welcome! Come, have fun, learn, and dig deep to explore positivity in a fun, insightful, and highly effective group setting.


Moms' Compassionate Chat Support Group
